This policy applies to all services, products, and digital content purchased through www.juanterrazas.com. Custom services, digital products, and live events may have unique refund terms, which will be specified during the purchase process.


2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Digital Products: Refunds are only available for digital products if the content is defective, inaccessible, or significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase. Refund requests for dissatisfaction with content quality are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 Services (Coaching, Consulting, etc.): Refunds for coaching or consulting services are only available if the service was not delivered as agreed or if the customer cancels at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. No refunds are available for services already rendered.

2.3 Live Events and Workshops: Refunds for live events or workshops are available up to 7 days before the event. After this period, no refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.


3. How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Purchase date and receipt or order number
  • Reason for the refund request

3.2 Review Process: We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 7-10 business days. We may request additional information or documentation to assess your claim.

3.3 Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated during the purchase process:

  • Customized services that have already been rendered
  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Missed appointments or no-shows for coaching, consulting, or live sessions

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service or event, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance for coaching or consulting services and 7 days in advance for live events or workshops. Cancellations outside these windows will not be eligible for refunds.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
